CPM offers complete financial management services to our clients. Our office prepares all financial statements.

Our Accounting Department is equipped to provide your association with complete financial services, including assessment statements, accounts payable and receivable. We are able to fulfill all of your accounting and financial needs.

In between the annual Audit or Review performed by an Independent CPA, the interim financial reports provided to the Board of Directors are designed to accomplish the following objectives.

1. To provide the Board with the information required to make decisions.
2. To comply with CC&R’s, State and Local statutes.
3. To provide the Board with the assurance that necessary checks and balances are in place to protect the assets of the association.
