A complete Disclosure Package is $165.00. We also offer a HOA Cert for $95.00 and Transfer Fee for $125.00. When payment has been received, your request will be processed. We are required to provide this package within ten (10) days of receiving your request and payment. All requests are processed in the order they are received. Rush packages are available for an additional $50 fee. There is also an Escrow Cancellation fee of $75.00
